Apam Bakar Kelantan

Resepi apam balik kelantan yang enak dimakan bersama kelapa parut


Ingredients

300 gm tpg beras
130 gm gula pasir
1 sudu kecil garam
1 kotak kecil santan(200 ml)
2 sudu kecil yis
4@5 biji pisang mas/berangan
4 ketul tapai ubi
1 sudu kecil lada hitam *
1 inci lengkuas*
1 inci halia*
2 biji bwg merah kecik *
200 ml air*

Directions

1Kisar bahan2 bertanda *..
2Tapis dan ambik airnya sahaja(sukat dapat kan semula dalam anggaran 200ml)
3Lenyek pisang, tapai ubi dengan garam dan gula sampai hancur atau sebati
4Masukkan tepung beras dan santan
5Yis dibancuh dengan air yang ditapis td
6Masukkan ke dalam adunan dan kacau sampai semuanya sebati
7Perapkan selama 2 jam supaya tepung gepu
8Panaskan kuali dan sapu sedikit minyak
9Tuang 2 senduk adunan ke dalam kuali
10Apabila bahagian bawah sudah masak, terbalikkan sebelah atas pula.
11Sedia dihidang bersama kelapa parut yang digaul dengan secubit garam garam
